Welcome to 1st Haywards Heath Scout Group

Based in Franklands Village in Haywards Heath and part of the Mid Sussex Scout District, the 1st Haywards Heath are a thriving and active Scout Group, which offers the full Scouting experience every week to around 70 young people aged 6-14 from Haywards Heath and the surrounding areas. Each section runs a full and exciting programme of activities.

Why not join us to experience memorable adventures and take part in our Scouting programme?

The Group continues to go steadily in all Sections from the efforts and hard work of our Leadership team, a supportive Group Exec and our Section Leaders.

Our thriving and active Scout Group has a dedicated leadership team who produce exciting, varied and dynamic programmes for the young people in our area, teaching life skills as well as having plenty of fun along the way! We hold regular term-time weekly meetings at our purpose-built Scout hut, as well as sleepovers, camping trips and day trips to support our badge activities.
